Eadie is a 3yr old fawn female English Mastiff saved from a shelter in Texas. It is rumored Eadie was walking the streets for months before animal control picked her up and brought her to the shelter. She is very laid back and loves to cuddle with her humans. Eadie came to STG with an upper respiratory infection and skin dermatitis (hair loss) due to improper nutrition and living outside in the hot Texas summer. She has finished her medication, her cough has gone away, and her hair is growing back but she is just now beginning evaluation in her foster home. More information on Eadie will be available soon. **Eadie was named in memory of Eileen Durante (initials E.A.D.). Eileen made a major impact on the Mastiff community and was a great supporter of Mastiff Rescue. Sadly, Eileen passed away earlier this year. Save The Giants felt the best way to honor her memory was to name one of our foster dogs after her!
